Vauxhall Chapter 8 Kits
Vauxhall Vivaro FAQs
The Vauxhall Vivaro, formerly known as the Opel Vivaro, was introduced in 2001. It is a light commercial vehicle. It has had a number of engine types over the years, but the body remains relatively similar, although it had a face lift in 2006. The box style back of this van has been used for commercial and private van purposes, but also as a people carrier with its minibus variation. The variations and improvements over the years have made this a suitable vehicle for private, commercial or industrial use.
Yes – rear chevron kits are available for full glazed vehicles – these are vehicles with glass windows. Our Chapter 8 kits are available as full rear, half rear and full glazed vehicles.
The correct kit should be easily identifiable from our website as each product states the mark and date range of the vehicle it is intended for. Another key detail is if the vehicle is a barn door or tail gate. If you would like our team to double check your order, please supply your vehicle registration number when ordering the Chapter 8 kit.
If you click on one of the Vauxhall Vivaro rear chevron kit options, there will be a link to a guide in the first paragraph of information. This guide shows a comparison table between the materials, to help you choose the most suitable kit for usage, quality and price.

We sell 4 types of kit; standard, flooded separate, flooded applied and magnetic. Magnetic is the fastest temporary kit (which comes on large magnetic back panels) and flooded applied is the fastest permanent kit. (The yellow comes in larger panels with the red affixed on top for you).
The standard turn-around time is 4 days for standard or flooded sperate kits and 5 days for flooded applied and magnetic kits. Then it can be delivered next day. There are options to expedite this to 3/2/1 working days for manufacture.
For use in towns, stopping on roads under 40mph, an engineering grade kit is the minimum requirement, such as Oralite 5400, or Nikkalite FEG. On roads up to 70mph, a prismatic kit is needed, such as Oralite 5960, AveryV8000, Nikkalite Crystal Grade OR 3M Diamond Grade.
We sell replacement panels. All we need is the panel number and we can provide exact matches for size and colour to get the kit back to full working order.
Our Nikkalite and 3M kits are (sonically) edge sealed and AveryV8000 is naturally self-sealing. This protects it from water ingress, preserving the quality and efficiency through these areas and conditions.
