For each trade print service, you can send us print and cut files directly to us. Once checked, we’ll
get to work creating your quality trade print products.
ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS
Please provide artwork in the following formats: EPS / PDF / TIFF / AI / High Res JPEG.
Artwork supplied in any other format will cause a delay in your order being processed
IMAGES IN ARTWORK
Please ensure all images used in your artwork are either vectored files (for logos) or 300dpi photographs.
Images copied from websites will not print well, as they are not high enough quality.
TEXT
Text should be supplied as vectored text or converted to outlines.
Alternatively, please supply all font files in your artwork file.

Colours and Colour Matching
If you would like a strong black in your artwork please use 100% black and then 30% each of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. This will ensure a nice dense black when printing.
If you require any specific colour reproduction please supply pantone references or CMYK colour values to us. Printed proofs can be supplied if required - please just ask.

Quality of Files and Other Information
Please supply all files as flattened files to avoid any possible problems with transparency / gradients.
JPEG files should be created at 25% at 300dpi. The ideal is to create your file at actual size, 300dpi.
Please save your files as CMYK. We do not require any bleeds or crop marks on your files unless stated.
Roll Up Banners
The standard dimensions for roll up banner stands artwork is 850mm x 2000mm.
Banner stands are available in a range of other sizes and we have a very comprehensive range to suit all display needs.

Print and cut files and outlines
If we are producing a print and cut product for you (i.e stickers, colourprint transfers)
please supply your file with a vectored contour cutline already set up.
This line should show where you would like the shape to be cut. Please also allow 3mm bleed.
